Today is National Guitar Day and yes I know, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with a bakery.

Except mine…..

This is an oldie but a goodie! My grandson was celebrating his 4th birthday and the theme was “ROCK AND ROLL 4-EVER” and I just had to jump at the opportunity to make him the most amazing birthday cake, or cakes. (Because you need an amp if you’re gonna have this kind of guitar)

I may be taking some time off to fully heal but that doesn’t mean I can’t tempt you with some goodies as well as educate us all.

For instance, today is National Cream Cheese Brownie Day! And brownies have been around since the 1800s and was first documented in 1906 in The Boston Cooking School Cookbook.

I completely forgot to post this stunning wedding set.

I had the pleasure to create this beautiful set for a beautiful bride. Here is her absolutely beautiful little wedding cake that has the best tasting Chocolate Fudge cake, and it is GLUTEN FREE!!!

Beautifully paired with these stunning, custom sugar cookies that are also GLUTEN FREE.

Happy National Cupcake Day! Today presents an excellent opportunity to indulge in cupcakes available in a wide array of flavors. Do you know the origin of the term "cupcake"? They were initially referred to as the 1-2-3-4 cake, a name derived from the original recipe that called for 1 cup of butter, 2 cups of sugar, 3 cups of flour, 4 eggs, as well as 1 cup of milk and 1 spoonful of baking soda.

Red Velvet Cake layers covered with Cream Cheese Icing and a beautiful leopard print edible paper design and cherries, can’t forget the cherries.
