And finally, my favorite bake of the day.
Fresh sourdough cinnamon rolls, still warm from the oven. Soft, tender layers wrapped around a rich ceylon cinnamon filling, then finished with a luscious glaze that melts into every swirl.
These are not your average cinnamon rolls. The long sourdough fermentation creates a depth of flavor that makes each bite something special. Sweet, buttery, cinnamon goodness with that subtle sourdough character that keeps you reaching for another piece.
Of everything I bake, these remain one of my absolute favorites. Fresh from the oven, the aroma alone is enough to make a house feel like home.
