Hello!
Tomorrow we will be bringing our very own Oktoberfest to the St John Farmer's Market. You will find Doug Sr hosting the booth with many tasty treats in tow. We have brought back some seasonal items that have been off the menu for a bit, along with some new treats too.

Our collection of shortbreads and gingerbreads, plus another family favorite make up the most unique ensemble of our German Heritage and treats you will find in all of NWI. The 7 cookies in this group are wildly flavorful and varied in textures. Look for them in a beautiful gift bag during our holiday season markets too. They are also available in a sampler package now! ( new this year!)

Jumbo Caramel Apples are back! Available in 6 different toppings, and centered with Granny Smith Apples that are well over a half pound before the coatings and toppings are applied!

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Cream Pies are a seasonal twist to our standard vanilla which is wildly popular among our patrons!

PumpkinDoodle Creams are a second cousin to a Snickerdoodle, and are mini-sandwich cookies with pumpkin spice buttercream filling. These just reappeared this weekend!

How's this for a new twist?!?!?!
Gingerbread Pretzel Cookies! They are part snack and part cookie, but equally German! Get one frosted, or plain, but do it in a hurry before they're gone!

Fruit Tartlets have returned; Apple or Multi-Berry ( cherry, blackberry,& raspberry).A ground sugar cookie crust resembles a graham cracker crust, but even more buttery! Fruit filling is the pleaser her, but the streusel topping gives it a homey feel. Limited supply, but more will follow!

Our very popular DIY frosting kits are available to order for Halloween! Pickup dates can be arranged from next weekend thru 10/31. 12 sugar cookies 3 frostings, two containers of sprinkles, piping bags, and some simple instructions make this a fun family activity for all ages. Order yours this week!!!

Lots of events happening this weekend for us, we hope you can come out to visit!

 Today we are at the Michigan city farmers market Halloween fest, Chesterton, European Market, and MAACToberFest at the first responders training center in Valparaiso.

Be sure to check out our German cookie varieties and sampler packs. We will have through the end of the month and again for the holiday season this year. Can also find German inspired sugar, cookies, our JUMBO caramel apples, fruit tartlets, seasonal pumpkin doodle creams, and our usual chip variety, cookies as well. But don't forget the very popular oatmeal cream pies with buttercream filling available in vanilla and pumpkin spice this week.

💜 October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜
The St. John-Dyer Chamber of Commerce is proud to support our valued Chamber member, St. Jude House, and the important work they do each day for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence.
On Thursday, October 15, St. Jude House will host its Stand Together: Walk for Hope at the Lake County Fairgrounds. We encourage our Chamber members and community to come together, walk in support of survivors, raise awareness, and stand for hope. 💜
