We will be closing Saturday at 11 and stay closed til Tuesday to celebrate the holiday. Pie and cake orders will need to be submitted by Thursday end of day for pickup as late as Saturday. Any orders placed on Friday will be on a as available basis. We will make all attempts to to have plenty of wonderful pies, cakes and cookies available for Friday and Saturday. Our first Thanksgiving was a fantastic day here at the donut shop (bakery)! Pie and cake sales were awesome. These are a few that were made for our friends to enjoy with their families. Thank you for letting us share this day with you! We absolutely look forward to supplying dessert to any and all that wish for the Christmas dinner as well. We have tried to bring nothing but kindness and a bright outlook to Cross City. Last night a person decided we had too many Christmas decorations and helped us by stealing one of our choir mice. I truly wish someone sees it and tells me where it's at cause I will meet the sob personally. I am a forgiving person and if its returned I will not persecute or prosecute. If I can identify the rotten soul from surveillance video, you will get to know a side of me that is not understanding. I would highly recommend returning it! If anyone knows who stole it please let me know and you will be treated very well. I have no sympathy for thieves. Good luck to you.

We are also beginning our CHICKEN POT PIE today. We are offering two sizes: 20 oz which is twice the size of a store bought single serving (10 oz). We also have a family pie that is 55 oz. Well over 3 POUNDS! We will have a limited quantity available each day and if pre ordered by 9am, we can have it ready for a lunch stop. Chicken Pot Pie, a dessert pie and a nice specialty coffee right here in our own Dixie County! Stop by today and check out our new items during the Homecoming Parade. Howdy all! We are beginning to expand our bakery side of the business. Recognizing the holidays are approaching, we are beginning to make some goodies for them. We're adding a cold storage display for our cheesecake and pies. Cheescakes and pies will start being available by end of September.
With the work involved to make the seasonal goodies, we will be reducing our lunches to our favorite item only, apple pecan chicken salad croissants. They will be available Tuesday thru Saturday. Saturday mornings will be reserved for our HOT donut special from 8-10 am.
Currently the safety patrol is fund raising for students towards their DC trip. They have included us as the supplier for the donuts. We are sponsoring this event and hope that many will assist these Anderson school students. Fresh donuts as well as certificates can be purchased. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact our store and we will assist.
We will be adjusting hours to have "HOT DONUTS" on Saturday mornings. We will be open from 8am-1pm and serving hot donuts from 8-10am. Ain't nothin' like a hot glazed donut and a cup of ice cold milk! 😋 Outdoor seating available!

My wife and I would like to thank everyone that has supported us this summer. We know that a sweet treat doesn't really mix well with 95 degree days. We truly appreciate everyone. Several new bakery items have been added including blueberry, cinnamon crumble, and choc chip MUFFINS! Banana nut bread is now available most every day and a couple varieties of cookies.
