2025 has really been a wonderful year for this little home bakery! We had a very busy Spring/Summer and a relatively packed Fall and eased back into winter with some family time and a nice slow Christmas Season with the kiddos! I hit a few sales goals with some summer events and am now sitting down to make some goals for 2026! But before I get ahead of myself I’d like to sum up 2025 and Thank you all for being such wonderful customers and supporting this little dream and passion of mine!
In 2025 I sold;
18 dozen cupcakes in 6 different flavor combinations!
14 dozen custom sugar cookies!
3 round cakes!
6 dozen cake pops!
5 dozen muffins!
10 batches of scones!
1 1/4 sheet cake with a raspberry filling!
4 Half Sheet cakes (2 filled and 2 plain)!
And 2 dozen macarons!
All in Custom Orders!!
I participated in 4 local vendor events and sold out 3 times! To these events I brought dozens of loaves of bread selling lots of my best seller my Cranberry Pecan Wildrice Bread! I debuted a Rye Bread and my Salted Carmel Chocolate Chip Cookies! I sadly disappointed multiple customers when we sold out of Salted Carmel Chocolate Chip Cookies and had one very excited return customer who attended an event looking for the cookies💕
Thank you to everyone who has shared a posted, said hi at an event, placed an order, and every other way you have all supported me! You make the super late nights and fights with my printer beyond worth it!
