Hey there! I hope everyone is doing well!

I am going to need to take this week off baking. My daughter and I are working on processing our meat chickens and ducks. Being kinda pregnant with back issues is slowing the process down a bit, and there's like a hundred birds. I am just not moving as fast as I'd like.

The Bakery Freezer will still be available for you! There are sourdough loaves, scones, muffins and cookies stocked. The freezer is located on the left side of the stand.

Otherwise, I plan to be back to baking next week!

The most difficult part for me about being a sourdough baker is waking up early, turning on the ovens and loading bread still half asleep. Even though early mornings are tough for me, especially right now when I could sleep all day long, they are still my favorite. Early mornings are quiet, calm, and an amazing new beginning from God. 🙌

Hey there! I pray everyone's week is going well!

It's a little windy, but a perfect day to visit The Hay Wagon! The bakery freezer is stocked! Lots of sourdough, muffins, and scones! The bakery freezer is located on the left side of the stand.

On a side note...We have about a month until our baby is born and I haven't figured out what the plans are for when that day comes. I may take a week or two off, but I plan to have the bakery freezer fully stocked while I am away. Keep your eyes peeled for an update!

Good Morning! What a busy weekend! Thank you! I am blown away! I know I've been struggling to post on the page. I apologize for that!

Living the new bakery schedule last week was incredible! That extra day...being able to really focus on the homeschooling and be with my children was just absolutely amazing! I am so thankful that you all are being so understanding and accommodating to my family and our schedule.

If you visited the stand this weekend, you may have noticed my husband, our very amazing friend Bryan, and my children installing the fence posts for the new fence! I am so grateful for them and all their hard work. I was spending my day sleeping 😬 (8 months pregnant and not sleeping at night).

Finally, the bakery freezer is stocked up! There are many flavors of sourdough, scones, muffins and chocolate chip cookies available! The bakery freezer is located on the left side of the The Hay Wagon!

Hello Sunday! The Bakery Freezer is stocked! Many flavors of sourdough, scones and muffins!

There are now sourdough instruction cards available that you can take with you near the pay box!
