Today's bake is a Malted Caramel Mocha cake.

It has 3 tiers of Espresso Cake covered in a Cappuccino Swiss buttercream, a layer of ground malted milk balls between each tier, topped with a dark chocolate ganache and a drizzle of Salted Black Rum Crême Caramel.
