Beard Bros Cookie Co is supplying a welcome tray of our classic chocolate chip cookies along with the popular sugar doodles for this ceremony, of which we are honored to participate! Next Level Ranges is the premier 2A destination for the region, including state-of-the-art 25 and 50-yd ranges complete with full HEPA air filtration, a cavernous 6,500+ sq ft showroom, classrooms for safety and skill training for all ages and skill levels by industry professionals, virtual training systems…the list of amenities goes on and on.

Also, be sure to check out Brass Social, a brand-new gourmet burger and elevated bar food restaurant serving locally raised and sourced beef and other ingredients! Brass Social is within the same structure as Next Level but is a separate and fully independent dining establishment.

We’ve been quiet lately, but have no fear, we’re still going! Lots of life happening lately and with that, we had to work in testing the new oven to confirm bake times and temperatures were accurately adjusted.

There’s also a couple of new creations being added to the menu, one of which is this cast iron skillet cookie with dark chocolate chips, finished with coarse sea salt.

You may be wondering why we're posting photos of empty bags with Beard Bros logos...but if you look closely, you'll see the bags contain a special run of camouflage cookies! These are going to be included as part of a military-themed fundraiser gift basket to benefit Adopt Me Bluegrass Pet Rescue. This event is tomorrow, April 19, and will raise funds vital to the operation of this important organization. Please stop by and bid on the multitude of items up for grabs, and if you can't make it in person, please consider donating online. These have a nice even chocolate flavor for those times when you would like a lighter snack-type cookie AND chocolate. Two wins in one!

We would be remiss if we didn't mention our double chocolate chocolate chip cookies and double chocolate bourbon cookies for when you need total indulgence.
