Recent macaron bakes 🙃

Blueberry lemon using Brodie Blueberry powder sugar in the shells

Dubai chocolate (dark chocolate + kataifi pistachio middle)

Black sesame shells filled with a passionfruit/mango/dragonfruit ganache using Vahlrona passionfruit chocolate (so so good!) these are also non dairy for my son in law Tony ❤️

And last but not least, dark chocolate ganache (using black cocoa powder sugar from ) with a ruby raspberry middle (using Callebaut Ruby chocolate + raspberry puree)

Cookie 🍪 drop at Heart Rock Diner today. Go see Bree and have a delicious meal! If you need something sweet, try my Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Chunk, Caramel Pecan, or White Chocolate Pistachio cookies. There are also some macaron 2 packs - yummy Dubai Chocolate or Passion Fruit - so nice and tart.

Attempted to make cactus potted macarons for a surprise 60th bday party (bestie’s hubby). I say attempted because I think my pots were too short so they ended up being top heavy and wouldn’t stand up. It’s all good. I pivoted and just placed them into the dirt (crushed oreo) 😁. Also made 100 😳 sea salt dark chocolate chunk cookies for the guests. It’s been a busy time in the bakeshop ❤️ and it was a great party!

Dumpling macarons. I’ve made these before, but needed to make them again because they are just so cute. My eyelash tech is going home to visit family in Japan and her niece loves my macarons so I thought she would enjoy these ☺️ filled with buttercream made with extracts - milk tea and milk candy.

Whipzi powdered sugars are so great for making macarons. Macaron shells are notoriously fickle and adding anything extra for flavor can cause issues, but not so with Whipzi. I made some mini macarons using all Whipzi flavors. Raspberry lemon and blueberry vanilla bean.
