First Physical Therapy treatment by Tim at Gunnison Valley Health in Crested Butte. Tim told me that what I did to my body and legs were the euivilent of what happens to iron and glass when they get stressed. It is like there is no more to give; the end and then collapse. My muscles had no more to give. If they were a gas tamk in a car they weree running on fumes!! The three days of rest I've had already made a difference. It will take some time and exercises that Tim will show me. Still dealing with stress and working on giving it all to God. I remember what I was told; worry is interest paid on a debt I may never owe!! I will heal and thanks for your love, prayers and support!! Rmemeber I am open Wed, Thurs, Fri and Saturday 11-2ish. Come and let me feed you!! I need to be nmindful of my body in the CAfe but I will represent!! Come see me; I love you all!!

This is magnificent!!! We passed all inspections; State Public Health, Town of Crested Butte Building, Fire Protection District Fire code!!! The Inspector Scot or "Scotto" reminded me that I had refinished his coffee table 27 years ago!!!! How cool is that!!!
