McDonald Family Bakery

McDonald Family Bakery Pam, also known as Mom, is our head baker. She is the wife of Jim, Mom to 11, Grandma to 33 and great grandmother to 3 (so far!).

Since 1984, she baked daily as a way to provide healthy, real food to her growing family. She loves handcrafting artisan breads, especially sourdough, blending age old technique and artistry with modern science.
