If you’re wondering why our food tastes different than the rest here’s a start.
Our burgers are formed from fresh meat rather than prepackaged pucks. We hand trim and slice our cheesesteak meat to remove the excess fat and sinew that the “chunked and formed” “ribeye” boxed meat leaves in. We remove roughly 1/4th of the weight during this process. We marinate, roast, pull, and sauce our own pork (again removing about 1/4 of excess fat and collagen). It cooks for 10 hours.

Our fries come in as whole potatoes and are never frozen. Our coleslaw and potato salad are homemade recipes made from scratch. Every dessert is baked right here. None of our produce comes pre-prepped and we put care and attention to detail into all of our work.
