Carrot Cake Cinnamon Rolls 🥕

Another Easter Menu feature: They might sound crazy but are by far a favorite!

A take on my simply sourdough cinnamon rolls, these fluffy rolls are packed with sweetness and a little spice. Packed with carrots and pineapple the perfect combo in a carrot cake and then topped with a cream cheese frosting.
