The famous SHE WOLF BAKERY in New York City (multiple locations) has some very nice new bakery ovens and baking machines to increase the availability of their fine breads and treats at their new Brooklyn Navy Yard production location.
From BONGARD, France you'll notice... a beautiful new ORION deck oven, a monster A360 mixer with multiple removable bowls & a bowl tipper to handle the large quantities of dough, also an EVO Spiral 150E mixer, and an EVO MIRA divider to cut the dough in no time at all.
From PANIMATIC, France you'll notice... a pair of custom made CA retarder/proofers.
From BAKTEC, Netherlands you'll see... a BKL200 ICE water chiller, and to mix the water a very nice B1 CERES II water mixer.
From EUROPA, Italy you'll see... a JOBS 108E rack oven.

The Four Seasons Resort on Lanai, Hawaii recently added a new Bongard Orion EVO electric deck oven.
"Surfs up" for some excellent bread and other fine sweet baked goods before (and after) hitting the beach.
