We are going to open back up tomorrow Saturday 9/14 starting at 11am we will keep our page updated the best we can if we sell out we will post it right here on our FB page. ✨️✨️✨️

Hey, y'all ready for some diet slayers to slay them diets?? 🙌🙌🙌

September only means that hoodie season is so in and beach bods are so last season..😆 so we decided to break out the ole bakery trailer and start slingin them yummy cinnamon rolls and I be dipped cheesecakes for y'all..

The stars has aligned just right so we can pop up and surprise Craigsville with some yummieness. ✨️✨️✨️

We will be set up here at the old Lady J's Bakery spot in Craigsville tomorrow Friday 9/13 and possibly Saturday 9/14 starting at 11am until we sell out. We will keep our page updated for sell out and if we can open Saturday as well, so keep a lookout on our FB page for updates y'all..

We will have a limited menu with our small town famous Cinnamon Rolls and our I Be Dipped Cheesecakes. 🤤

We also have an awesome festival happening in our town this weekend it's the Fall Festival, go have a fantastic time and check out all the vendors and festivities going on in our town of Craigsville..😊

Did somebody say OREO ROLLS?!? 🤩

These bad boys are a throw back to when I first opened the bakery shop way back when.. These ohhh so awesomeness are my favorite of my rolls that we make.. They are sure to hit you in all the right taste buds and ya may even do a little happy dance, I know I do every time I eat one.. 💃

Hello Everybody, we have lots of new followers and would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves. 😀

Hi, we are a husband and wife team here at Lady J's Diet Slayers. My name is Jenn (Lady J) and my other half is Dave (Mr.Moose) we make up the dynamite duo of the DIET SLAYERS!!
You will see Mr.Moose over there dipping and serving you those amazing "I be dipped" cheesecakes y'all have been loving. 🤩 I'm more of the behind the scenes gal making those made from scratch fresh cinnamon rolls and yes I'm always covered in flour, sugar and cinnamon goodness.. 🤣

I owned and operated a successful small brick and mortar bakery buisness for just over 2 years right here in Craigsville WV called Lady J's Bakery. I closed the doors in December 2022 but was hoping to continue my passion with a bakery trailer. My husband has been in the coal buisness since 2002 but when I needed a buisness partner he stopped working in the coal buisness full time to pursue this with me. Our goal is to travel all over WV to bring y'all one of a kind Lady J yummies. 😋

We make all our products right here on our rolling bakery trailer so it's at its absolute freshest when we serve our amazing customers. When we set up in a location we start at 5am so we can open at 11-12 we don't stop making until we run out of ingredients y'all. 😆

We do have a set menu that we serve every time we are out.
This is what we offer:
Lady J's Cinnamon rolls
Doozie cookie sandwiches
I be dipped cheesecake on a stick we have several different flavors of this deliciousness that you can choose from.

We are a food trailer so we have very limited space to offer more than what we do. We will change it up and bring new flavors of doozies and I be dipped cheesecake flavors from time to time. There will be times that we bring oldie but goodies that I used to offer when I had the brick and mortar. We hope you welcome us and enjoy everything you get from our bakery trailer y'all. We are your local sweet treats dealers after all.. ☺️
