Ok I am getting lots of messages about the posts on the Sweets and Eats page about the new owners. No this isnt us. Our FB page for our business is Striebecks Sweets & Eats as that is what is on our license. The owners of the building are the ones who created that page originally. Thank you to all our loyal customers who were excited it was us reopening and reached out. Love you all. We appreciate you and miss you.

As if I am not humiliated enough but the owners of the building and their maintenance man have decided on writing my name and home address on the window of the shop. I don't know how this is legal but I am taking this as one more offense to my good name and nature. We did not willingly leave our shop. This was not our choice. I wouldn't have ordered all that inventory and sell gift certificates if I had known this was how it would go. Just know we are considering all options in clearing my good name. I apologize. I only wanted to contribute something to this great area.

With much regret and devastation Striebecks Sweets and Eats is closed due to circumstances out of our control. For those of you who purchased gift certificates please let us know. We will gladly reimburse you. Our sincerest apologies. Wish we could elaborate. We appreciate all the business, patronage, support and love you all have given.

Good morning prairie! Since we are new business owners and not sure how our first winter/Christmas Break would go we tried to stay open. There just isnt enough business right now to justify that. So we will close the rest of the week and be back when everyone is back to school and work. We miss you but will see you Monday morning Jan 4.

Good morning! We would like to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas! Business has been very slow so I've decided to close for the rest of the week and spend time with my family.
