Big thanks to all that came out and saw us earlier today. We were all rewarded with a rather pleasant, dry morning!

Super stoked about these apple galettes we made with einkorn flour. It’s flaky and buttery, the einkorn lending a nice flavor and tenderness. They’re pretty damn good! They went quick today, more next week!

I’m gonna be at the Covington LA Farmer's Market tomorrow morning. Will I get rained on? Probably.

I won’t be making nearly as much as usual, but I will have breads and fresh pastries for those braving the elements (I’ve even created a menu so you can make your choice from the comfort of your home!). More sesame brown sugar croissants, and all new sesame miso sourdough. The sourdough is quite delicious, nice sesame flavor, soft dough, with that umami kick from the miso. All these and so much more Covington LA Farmer's Market this morning!

My jet lagged brain forgot to make a post earlier but we are back Covington LA Farmer's Market tomorrow morning from 8am! So happy to be back baking again after a break and rest. We had one less day in the week to bake so our menu and the quantity of items we can produce for tomorrow is limited.
