My name is Ildiko S.

and I’m from the wonderful city of Budapest, Hungary. I have been specialized in baking traditional European and modern pastries and desserts, as well as trained in gum paste and fondant cake decorations. I have also been certified in sugar art techniques by the Willton Method of Cake Decorating School in Manchester, CT. My passion is to create unique and timeless cakes by combining traditional an

d contemporary designs. When designing cakes, I work closely with customers to ensure that I can bring their dream cakes to life. I have been passionate about dessert baking and cake decorating throughout my entire life. As a little girl, I remember spending countless hours of baking in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother, and watching them in awe as they decorated traditional European cakes.
