I know it’s been a little quiet around the porch lately. 🤎

Even though I haven’t been sharing much, I haven’t stopped baking. I’ve been busy creating treats, filling orders, and working behind the scenes—but I’ve truly missed sharing the goodies, the process, and the heart behind Back Porch Batter with you.

This little baking dream means so much to me, and I’m so happy to say it’s time to open the porch back up. 🥹🧁

Back Porch Batter Co. is still here, still baking, and still making homemade treats and sweet memories from my kitchen to yours.

And now that fall has arrived, I may even have a few NEW things coming to the porch. 👀🍂

Three dozen homemade oatmeal raisin cookies, delivered straight from my kitchen to one of the best men—and best customers—I know! 🍪🤎

What started as a cookie delivery turned into a couple of hours spent visiting, laughing, and enjoying good company with my husband and children. Moments like these remind me that Back Porch Batter is about so much more than baked goods. It’s about community, friendship, and the sweet memories made along the way.

Thank you for always supporting my little business and welcoming my family into your home. I hope you enjoy every last cookie! 🏡✨

I got to do the honors of making my nieces birthday cakes and cupcakes! Back porch batter is still at it y’all.

Monday Front Porch Thoughts ☀️

“Some of the best recipes don’t come from cookbooks… they come from watching Nana measure with her heart instead of measuring cups. ❤️ What’s one thing your grandma always made?”
