Exciting progress continues at Little Red Hen Bakery.
Framing is underway on the new building, bringing us closer to expanding operations and moving the mill into its new home. Speaking of local ingredients, berry season has officially arrived. Keep an eye on the pastry case for fresh seasonal danishes, scones, and hand pies featuring Northwest berries and fruit at their peak.

Good bread takes time. Milling our grains in house, a hands-on process that lets us bring out the best flavor in every loaf, batter and dough.

While construction has come with a few growing pains, it’s all in service of what’s next. More room to create, more opportunities to expand our baking program, and more fresh milled goodness coming out of the oven each day.

Thanks for sticking with us through the dust—we think the future is looking pretty delicious.

Construction won’t last forever, and we can’t wait to get things fully back up and running around here. Thanks for sticking with us, good (and delicious) things are en route.
