Yes! All of our products are made with 100% organic flour! We use a combination of Organic Artisan Bakers Craft flour from Central Milling, and Organic Ultra-Unifine Bread flour from Azure standard. Just thought you’d like to know!

🍀 Adding a couple St. Patrick’s Day inspired breads to this weeks menu 🍀

The Pub Loaf (pictured) is made with beer and whole grain mustard. It is delicious on its own, but also pairs beautifully with strong flavors.

Also adding a deli rye for those classic Rueben sandwiches with your leftover corned beef and kraut!
