Nani's Sourdough Co. My name is Nani (a family nickname for Kelani) and I own a sourdough micro-bakery in Cottonwood, AZ!

I have 2 historical sourdough starters, one from the Oregon trail that is roughly 200 years old, and one from Wales that dates to nearly 1000 years old!
