I came across this idea on TikTok. Someone had taken a little bit of their sourdough starter and fed it 2 shots of espresso instead of just plain water and they made a dark chocolate espresso loaf with it. So I decided to give the coffee starter a try, but instead of a loaf I’m gonna try and make cinnamon rolls with it. Hopefully they turn out!
