Just a reminder before anyone asks… this is NOT sourdough 😅

Just good old artisan bread made with simple ingredients:
• flour
• water
• yeast
• honey
• salt

No starter, no sour flavor, no 3-day process…. just a crusty golden loaf with a soft chewy inside 🤍🍞

This was my first time trying this out and it was a complete success! I can’t wait to try different flavors and inclusions to create more amazing loaves 🥹

Soft centers, chewy edges, and loaded with chocolatey goodness. These never last long around here, that’s for sure!

Since I am testing new recipes, not only did they turn out delicious.. theyyy also turned out HUGE & the batch ended up making a ton!

Baked up some Snickerdoodles using a different recipe… The only change it needs is a bigger scoop!

These didn’t spread nearly as much as I expected them to, which made me some cute small cookies for sure! But for the stand, I definitely will be doubling the size of them ☺️

They turned out perfectly chewy with a soft crunchy edge and the perfect hint of cinnamon. It got me thinking, I may be able to tweak this recipe and use to make cinnamon roll cookies!? An experiment for another day though…
