This Friday is the first Telluride Farmer’s Market of the season! This will be our tenth season (and eleventh year) bringing sweet and savory pies and pastries, as well as nitro cold brew coffee, over the mountain to Telluride. Come see us at the bottom of the market in South Oak St, every Friday through to early October.

Local customers in Montezuma County can pick up preordered pies and pastries at the bakery on Thursday evenings, see our website or give us a call for details.
Walk-in, Grab-and-go at the bakery will resume in the autumn.

Today is also the last day with a full bake case for a pop-up, walk-in, grab-and-go. For summer season we will be accepting preorders for pickup on Thursday evenings.

Nitro Cold Brew Coffee is back on tap at the bakery!

Way back in 2015 when we first opened the bakery we read about cold brewing coffee, kegging it with nitrogen, and pouring through a stout faucet. Less bitter and less acidic than hot brewed coffee, with a creamy mouthfeel from the nitrogen bubbles. At that time we would have had to travel to Salt Lake City or Denver to try it, so we decided to make it ourselves. Working with Fahrenheit Coffee Roasters in Mancos we developed a good cold brew coffee recipe, and helped us figure out the keg system. That summer we were able to introduce Nitro Cold Brew Coffee to Cortez and The Four Corners.

Still small batch, still made from scratch.
Try it at the bakery this Memorial Day weekend, or Fridays in Telluride at the farmer’s market.
