It’s opening day at Pi’s Pies, a new bakery in Wolf Point. Bradford and Amy Baker run the shop, which has their apartment upstairs. You’ll find them on the roundabout on the southeast edge.

Amy does full size desert pies and these mini pies. Strawberry pie, apple pie, cherry pie, pecan pie, key lime pie, lemon meringue pie, chocolate pie and more!

And she does the savory pies too!

They have a few tables for dining in and some outdoor tables too.

Ground Beef and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

My grandma made this for us all the time when we were kids! I finally decided to make it again and wow… it tastes exactly the same. I will absolutely be making this again soon.
Cafeteria Noodles
Ingredients:
12 oz egg noodles
4 tbsp butter
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Cook the Noodles: Boil egg noodles in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter, then stir in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Mix until smooth.
Season: Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
Combine: Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
Simmer & Serve: Let sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors, then serve warm.
