‼️ IMPORTANT UPDATE: BACKWOODS BARBIE FUNDRAISER SHIRTS ‼️

Hi friends! I wanted to provide another update regarding the Backwoods Barbie shirts ordered through our fundraiser for Oaklyn. 💗

First, I know I keep saying this- But, I want to sincerely thank everyone who supported this fundraiser and has been patient throughout this process.

Unfortunately, we are still experiencing supplier backorders through Mossy Oak. I have been in communication with them repeatedly since September, requesting updates and estimated arrival dates.

As you can see in the emails attached, their most recent response confirms that several shirts remain on backorder, with no estimated or confirmed restock date..... Believe me, I am just as frustrated with the lack of answers as you are.

I also want to clarify something important....

This fundraiser was organized with one purpose: to raise awareness for childhood cancer in our community and provide financial support to a family facing something no parent should ever have to experience.

The funds raised for the family were provided to them immediately, and the shirt orders were placed with the supplier.

I take my responsibility as a business owner very seriously. I have worked incredibly hard to build Calm the Storm Boutique on honesty, integrity, and trust. While I cannot control a supplier’s inventory or production timeline, I CAN control how I communicate with my customers and how I handle their orders, I've tried to provide updates as they have become available, or as I receive responses from Mossy Oak.. if I had a confirmed delivery date, I would gladly share it!

I have included these emails so you can see firsthand the information I am receiving (I have about a dozen more including various sizes).. I've truly been shocked at how hard these shirts have been to get my hands on 😅 I will continue following up and sharing updates as they become available.

Thank you to everyone who supported Oaklyn, prayed for her family, and showed up for a little girl in our community.

This fundraiser was always about something so much bigger than a T-shirt 💗 I promise to have them printed for you guys as soon as they arrive.
