Every year since Kane was in elementary, I’ve made it a tradition to do something for the entire school staff—teachers, front office, custodians, everyone. It truly takes a team to make everything run smoothly, and I’ve always appreciated that.

In the past, I would bring Bundt cakes for everyone, but this year I’m doing something a little different since I won’t be in town. One of my former employees has started her own small business, and I’m so proud of her. I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to support her while still giving back to the school.
