If I don’t confirm your order or message the day before OR send pickup times and address, please please please make sure to reach out to me. I’m human I make mistakes and sometimes when it’s a long day of taking orders or I’m running a promo for a short amount of time, I sometimes might forget to add your name to my calendar. It’s very rare this happens to me but it does. I hate letting down my customers so I ask that if I haven’t reached out… chances are that I made a mistake on my end. Thank you, this is just a psa for if I didn’t reach out. 🤍 it’s only happened once but I really don’t want for it to happen again lol.
