Hi 👋🏼 just a few reminders when booking with me. 💕

• cakes are inspiration only, i do not do EXACT replicas. I do try to get as close as possible if requested but borders, colors , images may be slightly different.

• PLEASE PLEASE PICKUP ON TIME. Example: 10AM i expect you from 9:50-10:15 at the Latest.. if there is a delay please let me know! Going forward anyone late without notice will have to wait until my next available time or day for pickup, and with no refund.

• PLEASE pay your invoices ON TIME! If you are behind on your balance, all i ask is a heads up. I am no longer going to message customers to pay their balance, square sends the notice to you & i can see if you viewed the reminders, & many people view it multiple times & still don’t pay for days. I’ve been very nice about it but as of today, your invoices will be cancelled & your orders cancelled without refund of retainers.

• RUSH ORDER PAYMENTS ARE DUE THE SAME DAY YOU BOOK. NO EXCEPTIONS. & i am No longer accepting next day orders for customs.

•If i quote you & i send an invoice over after we agree on everything , if the invoice isnt paid by the due date , your order isnt confirmed , you are NOT booked.

I have been very nice about my policy and flexible but it’s been very stressful at times. I am super flexible with all of my customers who communicate with me but please all i ask is an update! ❤️
