First time trying sourdough sandwich bread with just wild yeast (sourdough starter, no store-bought yeast) and keeping it real… it wasn’t perfect, but it was progress 🤍
The loaf came out a little dense with a slightly gummy texture, but honestly? The flavor was there and I’m counting it as a win for a first try. Sourdough is definitely a learning process and I’m here for it.
Also stepping out of my comfort zone because this is my first video actually talking 😅 and I had my little taste tester by my side to give his honest review.
If you’ve been thinking about trying sourdough, this is your sign to just start. It doesn’t have to be perfect to be worth it.
