Ave's Bread We are a teen run microbakery managed by Gabrielle Jensen, mom and Cooper( baker) and three daughters! The teens are learning to work, bake and sell our bread!

We’re celebrating our LAST farmers market of the season tonight with the people who helped make this summer so much fun — our amazing Ave’s Bread crew! 🍞
We played a little game of “Who’s Most Likely To…” to spotlight some of the funny, quirky, and great things we’ve noticed about these kids after spending the summer baking and working markets together.

They’ve worked hard, learned a ton, made us laugh, and helped bake and sell A LOT of bread along the way. We have truly loved having each of them be part of Ave’s Bread this summer!
Come see our crew tonight for one last farmers market and help us SELL OUT!

Which school starting back up soon our workers will be taking a break for baking. We couldn’t have done it this summer without all of our amazing teens! And to celebrate we would love to see you at our last market this next Tuesday August 18th. Here are the delicious flavors we will be offering:

One of the greatest joys of running Ave’s Bread has been getting to know the incredible kids who have been part of our team. 💛
Today we’re celebrating two of them and the exciting things ahead!
🥖 Bella is heading to Southwestern Oregon Community College, where she’ll be studying Bakery and Pastry Arts. We love that she’s turning her passion for baking into a future career and can’t wait to see what she creates.
🔧 Brielle recently graduated and is enrolled at PCC to begin classes in the automotive industry. She’s also finished her project truck enough to start taking it to car shows—a goal she’s worked hard to achieve. We’re lucky that she’s still part of the Ave’s Bread team as she begins this next chapter.
Watching our employees grow, learn new skills, and pursue their dreams has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. We are so proud of both of these girls and excited to see where life takes them next!

We are so excited to be back at the Tuesday Night Hillsboro Farmers Market! We will have tons of samples along with some familiar and new flavors!
If you aren’t able to make it to the market no worries! We offer preordering and pickup at our house and market for everyone!
