Heeeyyyy! It's the inaugural post for my new business. The 7th Armory Bakery and AK Foundry is... well it's exactly what it says on the tin. I'll be posting a rotating menu as I end up making different recipes and tweaking the menu in preparation for eventually opening a brick and mortar cafe. Until then, look forward to a variety of seasonal artisanal cheesecakes, delicious semi obscure European delights (starting with Khachapuri), a variety of sweet and savory breads (babka, in particular), cookies, cakes, choco flans... and a variety of other things that I end up producing.
Prices will be tax free to start off with, and include free home delivery, certain items will only be available in a local area due to needing to be served while still piping hot, orders can be sent via message or called in. At this moment, most orders will be handled on saturdays and sundays due to my work schedule, but as more of the business comes online, I'm hoping to expand that rather rapidly.
Legal disclosure: all baked goods sold here are made in a home kitchen. Allergy information will be provided on each listing.
Other disclosure: I've got a backlog of 5 AKs that need built, including 2 Type 3 threaded variants, so I'm not accepting any further build requests for those at the moment.
Other OTHER disclosure: No I have no idea what either of those pictures are supposed to be. I told an AI to create a picture of "2 AKMs crossed over a cupcake" and those two were the most interesting things to come out of that mess. So... there's that.
