Been a hot minute! Sorry about that! Been a busy momma and hopefully back soon! But I wanted to share this....this cookie here....is from the very FIRST batch I made....and froze....6/8/23....Dad Bod! I recently took them out of the freezer to make room...they have been out on the counter for a few days...and just decided to give one a try. And when I say, it is as fresh and delicious as the day I baked it....it isn't a joke! I am beyond impressed! So if you order a batch from me, know you can freeze them and eat them at a later date and not be disappointed! I am pleasantly surprised! Hope to be back baking soon!!!

Sorry I have been MIA lately but life has been a bit hectic! I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the new year so far! We have been "snowed" in for almost a week...so what else would I be doing but baking??? I present to you.....the Chocolate Covered Strawberry cookie! These are a smaller, more "normal" size cookie. I offering them for Valentine's Day $15/dozen. They freeze well if you *think* you can't eat all 12 in a *reasonable* time 🤣 I will be doing pre orders starting now until February 9th. So if you are interested, get your order in now so you don't miss the deadline!

New mixer, who dis?
This baby will help me whip up bigger batches, faster! I love my Kitchen Aid....but she was old, wobbly and started to "scream" at me when I did any form of dough 🤣🤣 So she will be used for icing/frosting and other "light" jobs while this bad boy will be my powerhouse for cookie dough! So glad we are inching our way into baking season!

I promise I have been baking. Messing around with new "classic" cookies (chocolate chip and sugar cookies). Hopefully have the sugar cookies looking nicer soon so I can offer them this holiday season (these were just practice for taste, not looks 🤣). So stay tuned! I am always in my kitchen whipping up something delicious!

I introduce to you.....the Grandpa Denzil Strawberry Shortcake Cookie! Seriously so good!

A little back story, my Grandpa Denzil passed away on January 11th of this year. One of my childhood memories was of his love of Strawberry Shortcake (the cartoon). We bonded over out mutual love of the cute little character and when he passed, I inherited all of his Strawberry Shortcake stuff. So it only seemed fitting to name this one after him 😊❤️🍓

This is another 6+oz cookie with a Strawberry cookie base, white chocolate chips, Strawberry cake stuffing, white chocolate drizzle with Strawberry crunch topping! I have 8 available!

It is officially the weekend, so we are of course doing a weekend sale! I will have these, Cookie NOMster and Dad Bod available this weekend. $2 each (weekend price only). PM if interested!

And this week's cookie.....the Cookie NOMster! Another 6+oz cookie and it is delicious! I plan on playing around with this one more to make it look better....but for a first attempt, they turned out ok!

Ok. We caved (we are all so weak over here for cookies 🤣). This was the "small" cookie I made (so only about 5oz). This is called, "The Dad Bod"! What is it?? Well, it is a chocolate chip cookie with mini M&Ms, Butter Finger pieces and stuffed with Nutella! The ones I will have for sale will be the 6.2oz ones! Each cookie is $4 and easily enough for 2 people to share! I have 6 available currently and plan on making more as orders come in! Stay tuned for the next gourmet cookie coming soon!
