FALL DRINK DROP! 🍃 🍁 ☕️ fall is just around the corner and we’re not waiting to start celebrating. Seasonal flavors include (as photographed) pumpkin spice (photographed with maple cornmeal bar), autumn spice, & spiced pear (photographed with pear old fashioned cake). Stay tuned for our house-made apple cider & many more specialty drinks as the weather gets colder and we get cozier! Also running two fantastic specials this month: The “Poe” Fashioned- pumpkin spice, maple syrup, orange, bourbon bitters, & nutmeg. Pear Necessity- iced chai w/ autumn spice, pear cold foam, & cinnamon powder. As always, all of our syrups are made in-house as well as cold foams, whipped creams, and our shots are dialed in every few hours.

Most of what we bake, you’ll never see us make. We’re at it early, seven days a week — mixing dough, pulling pastries, simmering syrups, boiling bagels. A single loaf often starts the day before with a pre-ferment and passes through as many as four shifts of bakers before it hits the case. All that collaboration happens behind the scenes, but it’s exactly what separates something made by hand from something mass produced.

Get ready for our August Ballroom Series at Folktale Coffee and Bakehouse! This month, we’re we’re following the Country Two Step with a smooth social favorite: The Nightclub Two-Step! Lindsay Baker

Join us for a fun, community-driven series designed to get you comfortable with the effortless rhythm, smooth sways, and elegant turns of this incredibly versatile dance. It’s the perfect step for slow-to-mid-tempo radio hits, classic rock, and acoustic favorites, and it’s ideal for beginners looking to learn a fundamental social dance in a relaxed setting.

When: August 11, 18, & 25 | 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Where: Folktale Coffee and Bakehouse (Corbin, KY)
