For today’s Charlotte requested I share her favorite cake to date. This Chibi doll is her ultimate favorite and it goes with her everywhere. She may have scared a child or two with it in life, but he makes her happy and that’s all that matters. I just love how she beats to her own drum and loves with her entire being.

This cake was a work of heart, standing about a foot tall and hand painted. The body is RKT and the head is chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. Maybe I need to try my hand at another standing figure soon. 🤔 (I’ll be sure to get right on that in all of my spare time.) 🤣 Anywhoo, happy Friday, friends!!! Stay safe this weekend.

Throwback to when I made these Tasty Tacos for my brother’s “groom cake”.

Made with melted chocolate (taco shells), crumbled cake (meat), toasted coconut (lettuce), shredded cheese (white chocolate) and of course topped with Tasty hot sauce (red food gel).

Lola- “Um, no. The kids in my class play it.”
Me- *googles fortnite* “Ok, it’s a video game.” 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Who knew? (Besides apparently everyone.)
Two days later, I had a request for a Fortnite cake. I guess I need to thank Lola (and Google) for helping me avoid what would have most definitely been some confusion when someone wanted a “two week cake”. Anyways, here is my spin on it.
