Baking prep day! I'll have freshly baked sourdough, scones, baguettes and chocolate croissants available at Pinedale Provisons tomorrow. They are open from 11am to 4pm, Wednesday through Friday. If there are no fresh goodies I've got their freezer well stocked with frozen bread and pastries. 😁

I'm taking a break after this week and will be gone this weekend and back to baking June 23rd. 🙌

My nephew requested a vanilla cake with strawberry raspberry filling for his graduation. I went with a take on a Dr. Seuss book, it seemed fitting for him stepping into new adventures!

I was very happy with how this turned out, and of course, I tried out a few decorating techniques I had not attempted before while on a time crunch. 😂

This Saturday I will be at the Pinedale Farmers Market!

Stop by Legion Park in Pinedale for amazing vendors with fresh baked goods, produce, local meats, dairy, jam, pasta and more!

The market starts at 9am and runs until 1pm.

For baked goods if all goes to plan I will have sourdough in plain, hot honey asiago, cranberry walnut, sandwich bread. Artisan breads will include roasted garlic parmesan French, baguettes, and cinnamon swirl bread. Pastry lineup will be Bavarian pretzels, a variety of scones, chocolate chip cookies, galettes, smores brownies, and hopefully croissants!
