It's peach season!

I purchased a case of peaches. I usually slice and freeze but this year I decided to make jam. 😁

My good friends BentNaked gifted me a couple of hot peppers they grew, so I made a batch of Serrano and scotch bonnet peach jam and another batch of ginger peach jam. 🤤

I've got a few more peaches to preserve so I'm thinking possibly some raspberry peach syrup with some homegrown raspberries... 🤔

I'll be giving a few of these to friends, glazing some meats for the grill, and of course, spreading it on some sourdough bread. 😁

Pre-order your weekly sourdough for pick up at Pinedale Provisons on Wednesday between 11am and 4pm. Can't make it to the shop? Shoot me a message and I can coordinate a drop off with you! 😊
