Min Al Sama ( Min of the sky) . It is an Iraqi dessert made of a natural sugary sap found on a a kind of oak tree in the north of Iraq and mixed with pistachio.

We added new authentic products, we chose some famous desserts from different Arabian countries to allow our customers to try and enjoy the desserts without traveling. If you miss the taste of some desserts that you tried it once! You may find it in our products. Put your order for your parties and events four days ahead. Our products are:
1- Baklava filled with pistachio
2- Shortbread cookies filled with jam and dipped in chocolate.
3- sesame seed bars: made of dates, honey, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
4- dates roll: dates, cocoa, honey and coconut.
5- min assama: chewy soft dessert filled with cardamom and pistachio( it is imitation of an Iraqi dessert which is made of natural sweet sap that is collected from a certain tree in the north of Iraq and mixed with pistachio).
6- Bellooreya: shredded Fillo dough filled with pistachio .
7- anise seed cookies.
Price varies according to the amount ordered.
