Made this beauty for a Quince celebration today..😊 I'm going to admit something most bakers won't..I was so excited for this beautiful girl's birthday, and I left the event feeling great! 3 hours later it started to lean. I did everything right, but the heat got to my beautiful cake before it was cut. I ran back to the venue in tears, nothing could be done. I apologized sincerely and gave a partial refund. I tell this story so all of you wonderful people will know that I stand behind my cakes, and will ALWAYS strive for perfection, and when the time came for a fail, ( and it happens to the best of us) I faced the issue and didn't run or make excuses. That is how much I care about my customers and my reputation! ❤️
