Ok everyone. News update. I was trying to figure everything out, but there's just no way to. For the time being, I am not making cakes or any other goodies... not because I dont want to, but because we are at the stage in remodeling my house that I do not have a functioning kitchen. And unfortunately, I won't have one for a while. A LOT of work has to be done.
I apologize to you all. I miss making you goodies, but I just have no way to right now. Once everything is done, I will be back though!!!

Valentines Day is right around the corner. This year I am doing something a little different. The past few years I have taken custom orders, which for the most part have been fine, but also got a little out of hand, especially when people wanted custom items literally the night before... so I worked through the night to accommodate. This year, however, I do have another day time job and won't be able to do such things SO here is what I will be doing instead.

I will be making a certain amount of boxes of each thing. And these will be a "first come and pay, first serve" thing. So, here are the Valentines Day Specials.

Special #1: 12 pack Chocolate Covered Strawberries in mixed chocolate and various designs. 15 boxes $45 each.

Special #2: 6 pack Chocolate Covered Strawberries in mixed Chocolates with various designs and 6 pack Chocolate Dipped Giant Pretzels. 10 boxes $35 each

Special #3: 12 Chocolate Covered Strawberries Bouquets that look like Roses. Variety of colors. 6 Bouquets $50 per Bouquet.

Special #4: 6 pack Chocolate Covered Strawberries with 4 cupcakes (2 chocolate, 2 vanilla) that has a chocolate covered buttercream rose ontop. 6 boxes $45 each.

Special #5: Breakable Heart with candies inside and a mallet, 4 Taco Cakes (2 chocolate, 2 Vanilla), 6 Chocolate covered strawberries in mixed chocolates a varies designs. 5 boxes $75 each.

Payment will need to be made at time of order. I can do Facebook pay or Venmo. All orders will need to be picked up the morning of the 14th. Time and place will be set with each buyer.

All about the cakes man.
So, the last half of 2025, I slowed down on making cakes a bit. Got a little more "picky" with which orders I took and what not to take... for a specific reason. My husband and I, along with my dad, have been slowly re-building our house. So far we have rebuilt our bathroom (which looks beautiful!), and extended our porch roof up, attached to our main house roof, and have put on a completely new roof on the entire house. Our plan is to knock out walls and extend our kitchen out onto where our porch is. Not only will this give me more counter space to work, but it will also make our dining room and living room bigger. We are going for an "open concept" for our home, which will make it not feel so closed in. I like the open feel and have always wanted it. So, for 2026, we will be continuing our renovations. There is a lot of work to do... floors, ceiling, kitchen, etc... so we have our hands full for a bit.
I will still be taking orders through the year, but may be a little more picky as we go along.

Merry Christmas to you all!! Its been a hell of a year. Lots of really fun cakes and cupcakes have been ordered, so thank you all to who has done business with me.
I have slowed down a bit the last few months, : because my husband and I are working on remodeling our home, and also 2: I have a day time job. In the spring time we will get back to working on our house and hopefully have it finished befire the next holiday season so I can get back to all my baking. This year I had to take a break from it, which was sad because I love making all those goodies.
Anyway, I hope everyone is having a wonderful and joyous Christmas!!

Today I went and delivered a cake and little pumpkin cake pops to a super beautiful couple (who just got married not too long ago) for their baby shower! The place was set up super cute, and the mommy to be.. she was gorgeous and glowing. I was so happy that after I made their wedding cake, they had me make the baby shower cake too.

Also, a couple days ago I made 4 dozen cupcakes for a little "friendsgiving" type luncheon held at Grand Management, and they wanted some fall/Thanksgiving themed cupcakes. Over all, I dont think I did too bad. I mean, just look at them turkeys and little pies!
