I roasted a red Hubbard pumpkin for pie this year and tossed the pecans in brown sugar for garnish to candy them. Added half a teaspoon if cardamom to you pumpkin pie truly elevates the flavor. (My blueberry pie crust busted while baking. Sad)

Also gave minimal assistance to my daughter and making strawberry shortcake cupcakes with a homemade strawberry jam filling and a strawberry whipped cream topping for her boyfriend. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY EVERYONE! ❤️
