This cake was near and dear to me, this cake was made over the weekend for my son, last of 4! Unlike the other 3, I never made him a cake until now(heโ€™s 6). So I had to make it up to him with a 2 tier cake 3 layers each for all the missed years ๐Ÿ˜ซ of not baking! Top tier being Chocolate cake with cookies and cream frosting and chocolate fudge filling with the 2nd tier being vanilla and chocolate cake with cookies and cream frosting. Needless to say, we all enjoyed the cake and his smile was everything!!!!!
