🍪Shed update🍪
A little update on our building journey… and unfortunately, it’s not the update we were hoping to share.🤦🏼‍♀️😔

We have been more than patient, but the amount of time this company has extended the timeline to get things fixed is absolutely ridiculous. We are STILL dealing with leaks bowed truss, and issues with the 2x4s inside the building.

Now they are going to attempt to fix these issues for the SIXTH TIME. 😩🤦🏼‍♀️

At this point, I can honestly say this is a company we would never purchase from again. When you invest your hard-earned money into something like this, you expect quality workmanship, accountability, and for things to be done right the first time — or at least properly fixed when there is a problem.

We have tried to be understanding and patient, but our patience is definitely being tested. We just want our building fixed correctly so we can finally move forward without worrying about what will go wrong next.

Here’s hoping the sixth time really is the charm! 🤞🏼🙏🏼 10-20 is the day they coming.

😞 A Little Shed Update
We are still working through the leak repairs in our shed still, and unfortunately, it has been a long, drawn-out process. We’re definitely not the happiest about the situation.
Unfortunately, no further construction can happen until all of the leaks are completely repaired. We’re doing our best to be patient and get everything done the right way. ❤️
The good news is… we’re still baking! 🍪🧁
We are continuing to make all of our tasty treats for our amazing customers, and we truly appreciate every order, share, recommendation, and bit of support you give our small business. 🥰

The cookie shed has presented some challenges, but we're working through them steadily. We've experienced leaks, which are being rectified. Pending successful completion of our tasks, we expect to commence interior construction after this Thursday. This expansion will enable us to provide a more comfortable experience for our customers, while still maintaining our existing pick-up options.
