Let's talk about water cups.

Many of you might have different reaction or thoughts as to this, but we fell like we need to make this post.

Do we charge for water cups? Yes, we do. Fee for our water cup is $0.50. Is it really a lot to you as a customer? I sure hope not. Is it a lot to us? Most definitely.

It all adds up for us. The cup, the lid, the straw, the water, the ice, the filtration system.

What you get - Cold filtered water with free refills.

Many of you are just used to going to a large chain or a corporate business where this is provided for free therefore automatically expect it to be free everywhere. We are not corporate, we are not a chain, we are a family business. You might suggest that we should add or hide the fee into the actual meal. We don't want to. We've been transparent in everything. We want to be honest.

A customer buys water for $0.50, goes to the fountain machine and pours a coke... has it happened? Yup. Do we complain or approach the customer? Nope.
A customer brings their own Stanley or a coffee or a cup of some sorts into our establishment. Does that happen? Yup. A lot. Are we ok with it? Yup. For now at least.
