Hello folks! Just wanted to pop in and welcome the new followers from The Ohio Tea Fest! Truth be told, I’m bad at social media. I’m not one to post regularly or track my stats. I’m a student of the boomer generation. The algorithms are befuddling and the race is not my thing.

That said, if you enjoy a good cup of tea I play with flavor pairings all the time. Reach out if you come across anything that interests you.

I’m currently experiencing another metamorphosis as a human and exploring new and exciting experiences and opportunities. I will try to post about these in future.

So, welcome new follower. Meanwhile, I will just keep plugging along.

Today the The Ohio Tea Fest board of directors met at the Cherry Valley Hotel & Ohio Event Center in Newark OH for a facility review and I can jot be more excited about the place!

Y’all, this facility is lovely! I’m sharing a couple photos of the entryway and a meeting room. We have a large exhibit hall and attached space for live entertainment & tea bar as well as an additional room for tea duels & the Ohio Elegance Afternoon Tea. And just down a short hall we have 3 beautifully appointed breakout rooms for workshops that include a variety of educational and interactive topics.

There is ample parking for everyone, a beautiful courtyard if you want to take a break from the festivities and the staff is superb.

Can you tell how excited I am? Because I’m sooo excited!
