REVISED Menu for tomorrow! Due to the Parker Pickling Co. FINALLY taking a family vacation I will be in the pickle shack and Doughmeo will be in our same spot at The Courtyard Collective Farmer's Market-I had to revise the menu to fit in as much time as possible! The significance of this picture cannot be overstated. It took us approximately 3-4 hours to slice more than 100 loaves of bread in preparation for our Saturday markets. Our market neighbor at The Courtyard Collective Farmer's Market asked one day if I could do a loaf with onions and garlic. Little did I know adding a mix of this and that in the sourdough loaf would turn into our best selling loaf yet. The ever so popular Caramelized Onion with Roasted Garlic and Herbs is a permanent loaf on our menu every Saturday! Make sure to pre-order (by every Wednesday) to guarantee your loaf!
