Nothing like some family baking! My little girl loves to help me bake and decorate so these cookies were a family project to spend time together :) Christmas and unicorn sprinkle sugar cookies!

The almond and vanilla extract make these amazing… and the egg makes them soooo Chewy! Delicious!

Wish me luck today as I enter this winter wonderland candy cane cake into our staff bake off!

Chocolate cake, vanilla candy cane buttercream inside and dark chocolate ganache and vanilla candy cane buttercream dots on the outside!

Complete with fondant snow, snowballs and a modeling chocolate snowman who’s trying to start a fight!!

Nothing says Thanksgiving like a Pumpkin Roll, am I right? I really whipped the eggs for a light and fluffy texture, and then I added some mini chocolate chips as a fun twist to the cream cheese frosting! Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Well here is my total mess of a finished product for my baby girls fourth birthday! Note to self: drips just don’t seem to work on whipped cream frosting— at least not for me! Anyone with advice…. I’m welcome to it! It’s an ice cream cake, marbles cakes, cookies n cream ice cream and whipped cream frosting, with white chocolate ganache drips! And lots of fun sprinkles!!!

Step 2! Assemble the ice cream cake and frost with a stabilized whipped cream and apply sprinkles! How did I stabilize the whipped cream? CORNSTARCH— why? Because that is what I had in the cabinet! Apparently, stabilizing whipped cream enables it to hold a little longer at room temp without becoming a melty mess… and it really did! (except the ice cream)
