My name is Heather Beach and I'm 35 years old. I am a Kindergarten Teacher, wife, and mother. I have a passion for baking and I love making goodies.

My passion for baking began years ago, when a colleague of mine became pregnant. I decided that I would be the one to coordinate her baby shower. I planned everything and made candy for her special day. I've done a few other showers since then, and I absolutely love it. Then one Christmas, my husband kept looking for white chocolate Oreos at the grocery store. They rarely had them in stock, so I d

ecided I would attempt to make them myself. I did, and they were a hit among many! So, in my spare time (which is not a lot) I've been baking things that I've been making for years and I'm trying out new recipes and ideas. I've loved every minute of it! A few things I specialize in are:

* caramel or chocoloate apples
*dipped pretzels
* cakes, cupcakes
*chocolate covered bacon
