Think you can spot a scam?👀⁉️

Scammers are getting smarter, but with the right cybersecurity training, so can your team.

Cybercriminals are constantly upgrading their tactics. From hyper-realistic AI-generated emails to hidden traps inside QR codes, basic scams are getting harder to spot immediately. Keeping your team aware of some key red flags 🚩 to look for in their daily work is essential to keeping your data secure.

Here are three major red flags to train your team to spot:
1️⃣AI-generated phishing: Look past perfect grammar. Check for unusual sender addresses, unnatural tones, fake urgency, or unexpected requests for sensitive information.
2️⃣Malicious QR Codes: You should never scan a QR code from an unverified email or physical sticker without previewing the destination URL. Verify the domain before entering login credentials.
3️⃣Bad email headers: Always inspect the actual email header, not just the display name, to catch spoofing attempts.

Taking time to look over the information in an email before clicking any links or scanning a QR code, can save your team from potential cyberattacks.

This week, we are thrilled to shine our employee spotlight on Sarah Timmons, our Supply Chain Coordinator, who just celebrated her 2 year anniversary with us. ✨🎉

Sarah brings such a warm and caring energy to our team. Some of her favorite memories at Ford include the company picnics and Christmas parties, where everyone gets together to enjoy time outside of work and connect with colleagues they don’t see on a daily basis.

When asked about her favorite part of working here, she shared that Ford is truly like a family where everyone cares deeply about one another and their loved ones.

Outside of the office, Sarah is the oldest of six children and deeply values her faith and family. She and her husband, Bill, are proud pet parents to seven wonderful furbabies. A true homebody at heart, she spends her free time running her Color Street and jewelry businesses with a little "help" from her cats. She also loves attending church and enjoying traditional Sunday dinners with her family.

Thank you for everything you do, Sarah, and congratulations on two fantastic years with us!

Passphrases over passwords because it’s time to ditch complex logins for a method that is actually easy to remember and hard to hack.

Trying to keep track of short, hyper-complex passwords, like swapping an “E” for a “3” and adding an exclamation point, is exhausting, and worse, automated hacking tools slice right through those predictable patterns in minutes anyway.

Upgrade your digital security by stringing together 4 or 5 random words instead of scrambling symbols. You get a combo that is practically unhackable for software, but easy for you to picture and remember.

🚨If a hacker stole your main password today, how many of your accounts would they instantly own? Let’s fix that!

Welcome to the first tip of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month. All October long, we’re sharing practical, simple ways to lock down your digital security.

Today, we are calling out the 3 biggest password traps that leave your accounts vulnerable to a data breach and the simple fix that will save you time and hassle.

Swipe through to see if you're falling into any of these common password traps!➡️

1️⃣Reusing passwords across accounts.
2️⃣Using personal details like pets, birthdays, or anniversary dates.
3️⃣Relying on browser autofill and unsecured notes.

🔒The solution: Adopt a secure password manager.

Upgrading to an encrypted password manager is the single most effective step you can take for your personal cybersecurity. Instead of forcing you to memorize dozens of passwords, password managers automatically generate, store, and autofill complex, unique passwords inside an encrypted system that only you can access with your master password. By eliminating password reuse and weak logins across your accounts, you significantly reduce your risk of a breach.

Excellence isn't just about doing the job right. It’s about showing up for the tough challenges and seeing them through to the finish line. This kind of dedication is exactly why Ken is our latest team member of the month.

Working in a demanding print-for-pay environment leaves zero room for error. In August, Ken proved what it means to Own It and Always Deliver while supporting our customers.

Faced with a persistent color calibration failure on their Konica machine, Ken exhausted every troubleshooting step before teaming up with a Konica rep to diagnose a complex, multi-system hardware fault. Drawing on his 35 years of experience, Ken refused to give up until the problem was completely solved.

Thank you, Ken, for your unwavering dedication and for always delivering exceptional service!

Cybersecurity training for your team isn’t just a compliance box to check. It’s one of the single most important defenses your business can implement to secure your data.

While top-tier firewalls and endpoint protection are vital, the smartest software in the world cannot stop a clever social engineering trick aimed straight at a human target. Moving past boring annual meetings and building a genuine, ongoing culture of security is what truly keeps modern organizations safe.

When your team goes through proper security awareness training, your greatest operational risk turns into your strongest line of defense.

When was the last time you checked how secure your cloud setup really is?☁🛡

While cloud adoption gives businesses incredible speed and flexibility, it also opens the door to new vulnerabilities. From misconfigured settings and weak passwords to data breaches and insider risks, protecting your organization takes a lot more than a one-time setup.

Plus, many teams overlook the "shared responsibility model.” This is when you assuming your cloud provider handles everything when data and user access remain your responsibility.

Check out our blog post “Why Cloud Security Matters for Your Business,” linked in our bio, to learn how you can strengthen your cloud defenses with data encryption, access controls, regular audits, and proactive monitoring.

Print anywhere. Pull anywhere. Keep everything secure.

Most print setups force you to pick a specific machine, hit "Print," and hope nobody looks at your pages before you arrive. If that printer is jammed or out of paper, your document sits stuck in a tray creating backups and a data security risk.

🖨Secure Pull Printing changes that!🛡

By adding print management software to your network, your print jobs aren’t tied to a single device. Instead, they go to a central, encrypted queue. Walk up to any printer, authenticate, and “pull” your job down on the spot.

Why Secure Pull Printing Wins:
✅Complete Flexibility: Print from your desk, walk to any open machine on any floor, and release your job immediately.

✅Built-In Security: Jobs only print when you authenticate (badge swipe, PIN, or mobile app). So sensitive HR files, student records, and contracts never sit unattended.

✅Zero Wasted Prints: Holding jobs centrally eliminates abandoned pages, saving paper and toner across your entire organization.

Whether you manage a busy office or a multi-building campus, secure pull printing gives your team freedom while locking down compliance.

Want to see how easy it is to add secure pull printing to your fleet? Reach out to one of our experts today to get started!
