Savor the Flavor Wedding and All-Occasion Cakes and Cupcakes I have been decorating cakes for over 22 years. I have never had any formal training or cake decorating classes.

I have always loved art and this was a way for me to satisfy my creative side. I think cakes should taste good 1st and foremost! Cake and frosting should melt in your mouth ;)
I don't use much fondant expect for certain decorations. I love Buttercream frosting and try to do as much as possible with it. I hope you enjoy my cakes as much as I enjoy making them
